Come Home
When I was a child, the scariest thing I would hear was, “That’s just the way it is.” It was a feeling of no possibility for change or hope. I had so many dreams, but I fell into the trap of limiting beliefs because of the fear of being different. I became afraid of myself and my sensitive nature.
If I were to go against my heart and choose to silence myself to stay comfortable, I would be sharing that same message.
I cannot because I am aware of the importance of authentic connection, love, and compassion that I was longing for as a child.
By taking responsibility, I am learning to face my own fears and ways of choosing control for external comfort, which allows space for understanding, compassion, and forgiveness.
I am learning to let go of the need to be liked or understood because there is no greater feeling than finding my voice and the connection of home within.
What is faced with love evolves and expands to light. When more people are willing to face their shadows and become aware of the lack of acceptance internally, less fear, hatred, and greed will be present externally.
All life has a unique vision for expansion if given the space and creative freedom to blossom authenticity.
By using my voice and sharing my story, I hope to create a healing space for others to recognize their own inner power.
